a) Log files/Provision of the website

Processing takes place to ensure a smooth connection setup and a comfortable use of our website, to evaluate system security and stability, and for other administrative purposes.

b) Consent management

We use our own cookie consent tool to obtain and manage your consents for data processing operations requiring consent (e.g., marketing/tracking). Your decision and the time of consent are stored in your browser (localStorage). No personal data is transmitted to third parties for this purpose.

III. Hosting and Technical Service Providers

Our website is operated with professional hosting providers within the EU who provide server and infrastructure services, maintenance, security, and support on our behalf. We have concluded data processing agreements with these providers in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Our website uses technically necessary cookies required for the operation of the website, as well as — with your consent — optional cookies for marketing and statistical purposes.

a) Technically necessary cookies

These cookies are required for basic website functions and are set automatically. They cannot be disabled.

Legal basis: Sec. 25(2) No. 2 TTDSG in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

b) Marketing cookies

With your consent, we use Google Ads cookies to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns (conversion tracking). Data is transmitted to Google (see section IV.c). These cookies are only activated after you provide explicit consent via our cookie banner.

c) Google Ads Conversion Tracking

We use Google Ads Conversion Tracking (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). With your consent, a cookie is set when you arrive at our website via a Google advertisement. This cookie is used to measure the success of our ads. No personal data is transmitted in plain text; data is evaluated in aggregated and anonymized form.

Social Media Note

Social media platform operators may process your data partially in an automated manner (profiling) to provide targeted information and advertising. Please refer to the privacy notices of the respective platforms.

XI. Right to Object

If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(e) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR.

XII. Scope of Your Obligation to Provide Data

You are generally not obliged to provide us with your personal data. Without such data, however, we may not be able to provide the website, respond to your inquiries, or send you information.
